I notice that some of these are not recommended on this site because they are too risky. (!)cIOS 222 installer v4 (one ther twice for some reason), Our Wii has an older version of HBC installed (v1.0.6 I think? if that version number is referring to HBC as I'm not sure how to find the version number but this number popped up at some stage…) Everything, besides the firmware update to 4.2E, is as it was when we bought the Wii (2nd Hand) and had been working fine until now. Our Wii is not connected to the internet. We've had the same thing happen - new game updated the firmware and now the USB loaders don't work (message USB Loader GX needs unstubbed cIOS 222v4 or 249v9, 1 found 222=0, 249=0 Go figure out how to get some cIOS action going on and come back and see me) !? and then the screen changes to Exception (DSI) occurred! and lists GPR00 to GPR31 then "Stack Dump" and then "Code Dump"
